Olivia White joined Herbst Law Group as a paralegal in December 2025. She assists attorneys with drafting of estate planning documents, preparing probate petitions, filing court documents, and creating asset alignments with a focus on avoiding probate and reducing estate taxes.
Olivia graduated with honors from Bridgewater State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in Digital Media. During her studies, she worked as an Honors Student Ambassador where she was the editor of the Honors Student Newsletter and assisted with copyediting for Bridgewater State University’s The Undergraduate Review. Olivia also received her Paralegal Certificate from Boston University in December 2024.
