Christina joined Herbst Law Group in September 2026 as a paralegal, bringing years of experience in elder law and estate planning to our team. She earned her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies.  She is currently pursuing a Master of Legal Studies (MLS) in Wealth Management through Texas A&M University. She is a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants.

Working remotely, Christina provides dedicated support to clients and the firm’s estate planning and elder law practice with her knowledge and experience.  She is guided by a deep commitment to helping families protect their assets and plan for long-term care, and drafts the estate planning documents needed to support those plans.

When not assisting clients, Christina enjoys exploring the East Coast with her husband and son, watching her son’s sports games throughout the year, and long-distance running.
