Briana N. Nashawaty is a trusted Senior Associate at Herbst Law Group with over six years of experience in estate planning, trust/estate administration, contested probate matters, and elder law.
Briana works closely with clients to develop tailored estate plans to address each client’s unique needs and life circumstances. Whether working with young families, high-net-worth individuals, or business owners, Briana takes a proactive approach to prevent future disputes, minimize estate taxes and ensure that assets are distributed according to the client’s wishes.
Briana further concentrates in the representation of personal representatives, trustees, and beneficiaries in the administration of both simple and complex estates. Known for her empathetic and strategic approach, Briana consistently goes above and beyond to provide clients with comprehensive legal advice and ensure that clients receive the highest level of service and legal representation.
Prior to law school, Briana attended California Polytechnic University, Pomona, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in philosophy with an emphasis in legal ethics. Briana carried her passion for legal ethics with her through law school where she was awarded the CALI award for receiving the highest grade in the Law and Ethics of Lawyering. Outside of her legal practice, Briana is a proud mother to two young children.
