Briana N. Nashawaty is the Managing Attorney at Herbst Law Group, where she focuses her practice on estate planning, trust and estate administration, contested probate matters, and elder law.

Briana works closely with clients to develop tailored estate plans that address their unique needs, goals, and life circumstances. Whether working with young families, high-net-worth individuals, or business owners, she takes a proactive approach to protecting assets, minimizing estate taxes, preventing future disputes, and ensuring that each client’s wishes are carried out.

Briana also concentrates her practice on representing personal representatives, trustees, and beneficiaries in the administration of both simple and complex estates and trusts. Known for her compassionate and strategic approach, Briana consistently goes above and beyond to provide clients with comprehensive legal advice and ensure that clients receive the highest level of service and legal representation.

As Managing Attorney for the firm, Briana helps oversee the firm’s legal team and day-to-day legal operations. Through her leadership, Briana works to cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability while ensuring that every client’s experience reflects Herbst Law Group’s commitment to comprehensive, ethical, and exceptional legal representation.

Prior to law school, Briana attended California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy with an emphasis in legal ethics. She continued her focus on legal ethics throughout law school, where she received the CALI Award for earning the highest grade in the Law and Ethics of Lawyering. Outside of her legal practice, Briana is a proud mother of two young children.
