Melissa Apfel joined Herbst Law Group in September 2020 and brings over a decade of experience as a Paralegal. She assists attorneys with drafting of estate planning documents, preparing probate petitions, and creating asset alignments with a focus on avoiding probate and reducing estate taxes.
Melissa grew up in Milford, Connecticut and attended Southern Connecticut State University. She received her Paralegal Certificate from Bridgewater State University and is a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants. She is a Massachusetts Notary Public.
